These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alvero Ltd website (www.alveroltd.com) and your purchase of digital products from us. By browsing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Alvero Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15869540). Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

1. Products and Digital Nature

All products sold by Alvero Ltd are digital goods. They are available as downloadable files (PDF, XLSX) or as access links to third-party template platforms (Canva, Notion). No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Product descriptions, file types, and any required third-party software are clearly stated on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

2. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP, £). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. Digital Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your download link or template access link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes.

At checkout, you will be asked to acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product to be supplied immediately, and that once the file has been accessed your statutory right to cancel will no longer apply — in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 4. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Alvero Ltd, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may:

• Download and use the product for your own personal travel planning
• Print PDF templates for your own personal use
• Duplicate and customise Canva or Notion templates within your own personal account
• Use and fill in spreadsheet templates for your own personal travel budgeting

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or sublicence the files to others
• Redistribute the files digitally (by email, file sharing, or otherwise)
• Use the files to create derivative products for commercial sale
• Remove or alter any copyright or credit notices
• Share template access links (Canva or Notion) with third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, layouts, graphics, and content on the Alvero Ltd website are the intellectual property of Alvero Ltd or used under licence. Nothing on this website grants you any right to use our trademarks, brand name, or designs beyond the personal use licence described in Section 4.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in full in our Refund Policy. In summary, refunds are generally not available after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except in cases of technical failure, defective files, or accidental duplicate purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alvero Ltd products are provided for personal travel planning purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that using our templates will result in any particular travel outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Alvero Ltd's liability to you in connection with any product purchase or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our products require access to third-party platforms such as Canva (canva.com) or Notion (notion.so). Alvero Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update shown above. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
