Digital Delivery Policy

Summary

All products sold by Alvero Ltd are digital downloads. No physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. After a confirmed payment, your download link or template access link is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout — typically within a few minutes.

1. All Products Are Digital

Alvero Ltd exclusively sells digital products. Every product listed on this website is a downloadable file or digital template. There are no physical products, no manufactured goods, and no postal or courier deliveries.

Product types include PDF files (printable planners, checklists, journals), XLSX spreadsheet files (for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets), Canva templates (accessed and edited via your Canva account), and Notion templates (accessed and edited via your Notion account).

2. When You Receive Your Files

After your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, a download email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. In most cases, this email is delivered within a few minutes of a confirmed payment.

In some cases, there may be a short delay if your payment is subject to review by our payment processor. If more than 30 minutes have passed after a confirmed purchase and you have not received your email, please follow the steps in Section 5.

Your right to access the digital product begins at the point of confirmed payment. Delivery is considered complete when your download link or template access link has been sent to your email address.

3. How Each Product Type Is Delivered

PDF Files

PDF products are delivered as a direct download link in your purchase confirmation email. Click the link to download the file to your device. The file can be saved, printed, and annotated using any standard PDF reader.

Spreadsheets (XLSX)

Spreadsheet products are delivered as a direct download link in your purchase confirmation email. Download the XLSX file to your device and open it with Microsoft Excel (2016 or later) or import it into Google Sheets. Instructions for importing to Google Sheets are included in the file.

Canva Templates

Canva products are delivered as a Canva template share link in your purchase confirmation email. Click the link and, when prompted, log in to (or create) your free Canva account and select "Use template" to duplicate the design to your own Canva account. After duplication, the template belongs to your account and can be edited at any time. Canva is a third-party platform and is not affiliated with Alvero Ltd.

Notion Templates

Notion products are delivered as a Notion template duplication link in your purchase confirmation email. Click the link and, when prompted, log in to (or create) your free Notion account and select "Duplicate" to copy the workspace to your account. After duplication, the template belongs to your workspace and can be edited freely. Notion is a third-party platform and is not affiliated with Alvero Ltd.

Bundles (ZIP Files)

Bundle products are delivered as a single download link to a ZIP archive containing all included files. Download the ZIP file and extract it to access the individual files inside. Instructions for extracting ZIP files on Windows and macOS are included in the purchase confirmation email.

4. Where to Find Your Download

Your download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Please check:

  • Your main inbox (the email subject will reference your Alvero Ltd order)
  • Your spam or junk mail folder
  • Your promotions tab (if using Gmail)
  • Any email aliases or forwarding addresses you may have used

5. If You Have a Technical Issue

If you experience a problem accessing, downloading, or opening your files — including a broken link, a corrupted file, or a template access error — please contact our support team at support@alveroltd.com.

Please include the following in your message:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue (and a screenshot if possible)

We will respond within 1–2 business days and, where applicable, resend your download link or provide an alternative access method.
