Products
Are these physical products or digital downloads?
All Alvero Ltd products are digital downloads only. No physical item is manufactured, packaged, or shipped. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link or a template access link — typically within a few minutes.
What file formats do you offer?
We offer PDF (printable planners, checklists, journals), XLSX (spreadsheets for Excel and Google Sheets), Canva Templates (editable designs in Canva), and Notion Templates (editable workspaces in Notion). Each product page clearly states which format(s) it includes.
Can I edit the files after downloading?
It depends on the product type. Canva templates are fully editable — you can change all text, colours, and images in Canva. Notion templates are fully editable inside Notion. Spreadsheets (XLSX) are fully editable in Excel or Google Sheets. PDF templates are printable and can be annotated digitally using a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader), but are not editable like a word processor document.
Can I print the templates?
Yes, all PDF products are designed for printing on standard A4 and US Letter paper. Canva templates can be exported as PDFs from within Canva and then printed. Spreadsheets can be printed from Excel or Google Sheets. Notion templates are designed for digital use and are not intended for printing.
Can I use the templates on my phone or tablet?
Yes. PDF files can be viewed and annotated on phones and tablets using apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat. Canva and Notion templates work in their respective mobile apps. Spreadsheets can be used on a phone in the Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel mobile apps.
Canva & Notion Templates
Do I need a Canva account to use Canva templates?
Yes, a free Canva account is required. After purchase, you will receive a template link in your email. Click it, log in to (or create) your free Canva account, and select "Use template" to duplicate the design to your account. Canva is a third-party service and is not affiliated with Alvero Ltd.
Do I need a Notion account to use Notion templates?
Yes, a free Notion account is required. After purchase, you will receive a Notion template duplication link. Click it and select "Duplicate" to copy the template to your free Notion workspace. Notion is a third-party service and is not affiliated with Alvero Ltd.
Delivery
When will I receive my files?
In most cases, your download link or template access link will be delivered by email within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. If your payment is flagged for review by our payment processor, there may be a short additional delay. If you have not received your email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
I didn't receive my download link — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@alveroltd.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order reference number (if you have one). We will resend the download link promptly.
Where are the files delivered?
Your download link or template access link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly during the checkout process.
Payment & Refunds
What currency are prices in?
All prices on the Alvero Ltd website are in British Pounds (GBP, £). The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads — which are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase — we are generally unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience a technical failure, receive an incorrect file, or accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us at support@alveroltd.com and we will review your case. Licence & Use
Are your templates for personal use or commercial use?
All Alvero Ltd templates are licenced for personal use only. You may use them for your own trips, print them for personal use, and fill them in digitally for your own travel planning. You may not sell, redistribute, share commercially, or use them to create products for resale.
Can I share the files with friends or family members?
You are welcome to print a copy of a PDF template for a travel companion you are travelling with. However, you may not share the digital file or download link with others, post it publicly, or distribute it to additional people as a separate licence. Each purchase is for one user.
