Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. PDF and spreadsheet files are delivered directly. Canva and Notion templates are delivered as template access links.

Are these physical products or digital downloads?
All Alvero Ltd products are digital downloads only. No physical item is manufactured or shipped. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link or template access link by email.
When will I receive my files?
In most cases, your download link will be delivered by email within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. If you have not received it within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder and contact us at support@alveroltd.com.
Do I need a Canva or Notion account?
Only for Canva and Notion templates. PDF planners, checklists, and spreadsheets do not require any third-party account. Canva and Notion both offer free accounts that are sufficient for all of our templates.
Can I edit the templates?
Canva and Notion templates are fully editable. PDF templates are designed for printing and can be digitally annotated using a PDF reader. Spreadsheets are fully editable in Excel or Google Sheets.
